Butterfly Pea Matcha
Our Butterfly Pea matcha has been milled from Butterfly Pea flowers that have been grown organically in the Moreton Bay region, Queensland, Australia. The flowers are hand pick and carefully prepared to drying before milling the flowers. The matcha is super concentrate and 1/4 measuring tea spoon in one litre of liquid provides a beautiful shade of blue. This is the same flower used to make blue Gin. We've used this powder to make blue food in addition to making blue drinks and tea. Its so concentrate it takes 400 flower petals to make 7 teaspoons of blue matcha.
