How to clean oven racks the eco friendly way.
All you need is Green Potions No.11, Kitchen Exhaust Degreaser. A kettle, a sink, a baking tray or container large enough to submerge the oven racks and a stainless steel scourer.
Place the Green Potion in the tray, sink or container.
Add boiling water or even hot water from the tap. Give it a stir to dissolve the Potion.
Place racks in Potion and soak for 5-10 minutes.
Lightly scrub the racks with the stainless steel scourer.
Your oven racks should look like new.
This process will also work for baking trays with baked on grease and oil.
