How to clean oven racks.
All you need to clean oven racks is hot water, a stainless steel scourer and Green Potions No. 11
Using an oven tray (so it gets cleaned also) place 100 grams of Green Potions No. 11 in the tray.
Pour hot water into the tray to dissolve the Potion.
Place the oven racks in the oven tray. Leave the racks in the Potion to soak for 5 mins. If the racks have heavy baked on grease leave them to soak for 10 mins.
After allowing the racks to soak, use the stainless steel scourer to clean the racks.
You don't need to use a lot of elbow grease.
Rinse the racks with warm water. Allow to drain and replace them back in oven.
